How long does a custom home take?

Most of our homes run 12–18 months from permits to keys — design and approvals first, then construction. We give you a real schedule in writing before we start.

Do you build on our lot?

Yes — most of our clients come to us with land. We’ll walk it with you, check setbacks and orientation, and design the home to the lot, not the other way around.

What does a Hartwell & Grey home cost?

Every project is quoted individually — size, finishes, and site conditions move the number honestly. We price in the open, line by line, before you commit to anything.

Do you handle permits and engineering?

All of it. Permits, surveys, engineering, and inspections — you sign where we flag, and we carry the paperwork the rest of the way.
